The president of the Anti-Defamation League criticized Dave Chappelle in a tweet sent out early on Sunday. He talked about Dave promoting hate speeches, promoting hatred against Jewish people. He criticized Dave Chappelle for hurting people’s sentiments. He mentioned whether the problems and sadness of common people are a matter of joke.

He made fun of Herschel Walker. Walker is the scandal-plagued Republican candidate for the Georgia Senate, who will face Democratic incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock in an election in December.

“I don’t want to speak badly of him, because he’s Black,” Dave Chapelle said, referring to Walker. “But I have to admit, he’s observably stupid.”

Michael Che, comments on the election and Herschel’s private life

Dave Chapelle’s co-anchor Michael Che also talked about the Georgia Senate race. He said that “the election is about to get to an end because none of the candidates has even received 50% of the total votes.” By this, he pointed toward Herschel Walker’s personal life.

“The key Senate race in Georgia between Raphael Warnock and Herschel Walker will move on to a runoff in December, but Walker has offered Warnock $500 to just… take care of it, baby,” Che joked

 The joke was a reference to the claims that the anti-choice Republican candidate had funded abortions with two distinct women.
